[Interview] Learn about the real lifestyles of migrants. I came to Oguni Township from Fukuoka and interviewed Minako Yamamoto for the fourth year.

-Is there a difference between working in urban and rural areas?

I agree. I mean, when I was doing business in Fukuoka, I thought it would be painful to do my best every day to what I was not good at and what I didn't want to do.
After that, the university clerk who changed jobs was environmentally blessed and did not complain, but if I thought that I would continue this for another decade, I wish I could live a more enjoyable life I wonder what I want to live a life that builds up, not a “life that digests” each day.

At that time, people are going to the suburbs for food making experiences, so I wondered how wonderful the lives of the migrant girls I met there were.
However, many people who have moved to the countryside have lost their abilities and passions. Under such circumstances, I was wondering how I could live as a mere office worker.

But I can't do anything and hope to prove that I'm emigrating and living properly.
So, I'm glad if people living in the city now say, "I don't know if I'm happy, but I can't live without working ..." is.

My income is half that of a company employee, but my life is 10 times better.
Doing a few tens of thousands of dollars in a small business will generate a certain amount of income, lower rent, more delicious vegetables, and lower living costs.

Do what you like and live at your own pace, surrounded by what you like. Right now, every day is "happy and thankful."

■ Conclusion

Anything is good as long as it is fast, cheap and can be eaten for the time being. How much you can earn in a consumer society.

When you eat in Tokyo with such an atmosphere, you tend to eat while thinking about your work, your personal relationships, and what you need to do next.

But I thought that the food here was delicious because I could concentrate on "delicious" in front of me without being bound by nature.

I can see the faces of the farmers who are making vegetables and those who are cooking, and I'm pleased because they came from afar! It's Oguni Town that offers hospitality.
In such an environment, Minako lives and enjoys nature at her favorite place, surrounded by her favorite things.

"Living in the middle of what you like"… The land of Oguni-go, delicious ingredients made there, and warm people. I learned about the wonderful lifestyle that was held there, and cheered on the dishes that were too delicious.
