Sweets, curries, and everything on the menu are packed with the local “Umai!” Asoful kitchen.
There aren't many places where you can eat "local taste" like this.
Shiho Taniguchi is involved in everything from devising the menu to designing the store.
With the idea of "I want people to know about the attractive local ingredients!", we are working on product development using ingredients from Aso Oguni Town.
Asoful kitchen will continue to release new menus one after another.You can also enjoy seasonal products such as shaved ice in the summer and zenzai made with jersey milk in the winter.
